If you read this post in a feed reader, you can see links like Add a comment, Blog this etc., at the end of the post. There are called feedflares which add interactivity to your feeds.
To add this feature to your feed, burn your feed in Feedburner. If you have self-hosted Wordpress blog, then you can use Feedburner Feedsmith Wordpress plugin to do this. Then visit Optimize->Feedflare. You have some official feedflares and options to add personal feedflares.
