- Stop eating chocolates, ice creams, potato fries.
- Do not skip breakfast.
- Have dinner at least four hours before sleep.
- Do not take bus to a place where you can bike to. Do not take bike to a place where you can walk to.

your health tips are very simple. Include yoga and pranayama in the list. Do light yogas whatever possible as taught in ravishankar and jaggi vasudev courses. according to age, check up your bp,blood and ecg. health tips should also include some health check ups
